Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:

  • Readings & Coaching Sessions
  • Tickets to Chip Coffey Events including Coffey Talks & Chip Chats
  • Unwrapped Oracle Cards

To complete your return, please contact sales@guidancefromgratitude.com for instructions on how to ship the product back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours of receipt of the return.

All refunds will be made minus the credit card processing fee (usually 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction or approximately 3% of the purchase price.

Sale items

Refunds on sales items will be processed at the sales price minus credit card processing fees.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@guidancefromgratitude.com for instructions.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email sales@guidancefromgratitude.com for our mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
